CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
 

To cancel your order you must inform us either in writing or by an email to sales@jrflooringdirect.co.uk referencing the order and saying you are cancelling it.

The Distance Selling Regulations Act give you the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after you have received the goods you ordered.

All returns and cancellations under this right must conform to the guidelines laid out in the Office of Fair Trading’s consumer guide about “Distance Selling” which can be found at www.oft.gov.uk

If you cancel your order and the goods have not have not been dispatched yet, we will refund you the full invoice amount within 2 working days.

If you cancel your order and the goods have already been dispatched but not delivered , we will refund you the full invoice amount less the delivery charge incurred once the flooring has been returned to us.

If you cancel your order and the goods have already been dispatched and you have taken delivery of the goods, you must return the goods to us at your own expense, having notified us that you are cancelling the order. Due to the size & weight of flooring we can help you by arranging collection with our carrier. The cost of this will be more than the initial delivery cost due to booking in fees charged by our carrier.

Please note all returns must be made within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.

Goods must be returned in original condition and in sufficient packaging to protect it from damage during its return to us. Please take particular care to pad the ends of the rolls of flooring where they are most prone to damage.

Once the goods are returned and inspected, and found to be in original condition, you will be refunded the total amount paid for the goods. This refund will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods. We reserve the right to charge up to 15% restocking charge for the returned goods.

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
 

In the unlikely case your goods arrive damaged you must sign from them stating they are damaged. Please then contact us asap so we can remedy the situation for you. Any damage or faults must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will usually require photographic proof of any damage or faults. We will work with you to find a solution you are happy with. We are not liable for any damage caused once you have taken delivery of the flooring.
